Every job is priced on the phone or on arrival — in writing. The number James quotes is the number you pay. No VAT surprises, no extra charges once the door is open.
British Standard only
James won’t fit a lock he wouldn’t put on his own front door. Every lock change uses BS3621 or TS007 3-star cylinders — the minimum your insurer actually requires.
12-month warranty, no questions
Every part fitted carries a 12-month warranty. If anything isn’t right, James comes back and fixes it — free re-adjustment within 14 days, no questions asked.
